Preconfin provides software tools for financial visibility, operational insights, and workflow support. Preconfin is an information and software platform, not a bank, broker, accountant, law firm, or tax advisor.

2) No professional advice

Content, analyses, forecasts, and outputs provided by the service are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for obtaining professional advice as needed.

3) Accounts and acceptable use

• You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may not use the service in violation of law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, or reverse engineer the platform.

4) Third-party services and integrations

The service may connect with third-party tools and data providers (including payments, accounting, and banking integrations). Preconfin is not responsible for third-party services, and their availability or policies may change.

5) Intellectual property

Preconfin and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the software, branding, and content, except for data and materials you provide.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Preconfin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

8) International use

You may access the service from various jurisdictions. You are responsible for compliance with local laws in your location. Access to the service may not be legal for certain persons or in certain countries.

9) Changes, suspension, and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or where necessary to protect the service, users, or legal interests.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
