End User License Agreement

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Preconfin, LLC ("Company", "we", or "us") governing your use of the Preconfin platform ("Software").

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software solely for your internal business operations, in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Software;
  • Use the Software to violate laws or third-party rights;
  • Reproduce, distribute, or sublicense the Software;
  • Interfere with the Software’s functionality, availability, or security.

3. Data Integrations & Third-Party APIs

This Software may access your financial and accounting data through authorized integration with:

  • Plaid (for financial institution connectivity)
  • QuickBooks (for accounting data)
  • Supabase (for real-time database syncing)

By using these integrations, you agree to the respective third-party terms:

All intellectual property, trademarks, and content are the exclusive property of Preconfin, LLC. or its licensors.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate your access immediately if you violate this Agreement.

6. Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING NON-INFRINGEMENT, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND MERCHANTABILITY.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software in the previous 12 months.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
