Carl’s career spans international roles across Africa, Europe, and North America — working inside complex financial systems and improving legacy processes from the ground up. He has operated at every layer of the data stack: from data capturer and reviewer, to analyst, client service lead, and operations executive. That progression built a deep appreciation for how information flows through organizations — where it breaks, where it slows down, and where clarity gets lost.

Across multinational teams and institutional environments, Carl focused on eliminating operational friction using technical tools and workflow automation. By combining domain expertise in trade lifecycle and reconciliation with hands-on skills in Python, SQL, and process design, he consistently turned manual, error-prone systems into streamlined, data-driven operations.
